Instructions

Take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules can be taken by expectant mothers during the last trimester of pregnancy, and provided to infants during the first 6 months by mixed with water, breast milk, or formula and given via a teaspoon or syringe until solid food was is started, and it can be sprinkled on food.
