Preparation Instructions:

Open pan Bring a large pan of water to a rolling boil. Add the rice, stir, return to a medium boil and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain and Prince with more boiling water.Covered panPut measured rice and cold water into a good-sized heavy-based pan, bring to boil, stir, cover and turn down to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to stand, still covered for 5 minutes.MicrowavePut measured amount of rice and cold water into a deep microwaveable bowl. Cover with cling film pierced for a few times. For cook on defrost for 6 minutes. For best result, it's recommended that no more than 12oz (300g) uncooked rice is cooked at a time.
