DirectionsAdults (Children 12+ years & Adults): 15ml daily Children 6 to 12 years (20kg–40kg): 5ml–10ml daily *Children's dose based on herbal dosing principles Take with food. Can be taken undiluted, added to water, juice or a smoothie. Best consumed chilled. Natural settling may occur. Storage Instructions: Store upright and below 30°c in a dry place, away from sunlight.
