Dose & Administration

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1mL dose (25 drops) in 50mL of water, 30 minutes before going to sleep or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 6 to 11 years: only as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding, for people taking prescription medication or for people with allergies to Valeriana officinalis, Humulus lupulus and related species.
