Recipes: Spring Vegetable Sauce
Take 1 cup of organic Spring vegetables-our children love peas, squash, carrots and sweet potato.
Wash, peel vegetables and cut roughly into centimetre pieces.
Add 1/4 cup of boiling water and steam over a medium to low heat until tender (about 5 minutes).
Blend or puree until smooth and serve with Bellamy's Organic Baby Macaroni.

Ingredients Organic spelt, water, mineral iron

Directions 1. In a small saucepan boil 500mL of water.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to fast boiling water and then vegie alphabet pasta, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse pasta with hot water.
Leave to stand until pasta is a safe temperature for your child before serving.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS Never leave your child alone when eating. Make sure your child is seated in an upright position.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Store in an airtight container and use within 28 days of opening. This product is sold by weight. Contents may settle after packaging.
