It is so rich in nutrients that It contains 30 times more vitamin B1 than milk, 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 5 times more iron than spinach as well as containing large amounts of beta-carotene, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Dose & Administration

Suggested usage: one serve = 3g (one level teaspoon)

Adults: 1-3 serves daily blended in favorite juice or added to smoothie
Children: half to one teaspoon with food, added to a juice shake or vegetable smoothie
