Ingredients: Green Rooibos With Ginger Root (20%), Peppermint Leaves 20% and Natural Flavourings (2%).
Storage Instructions: Please store in a cool and dry place in an airtight container.Natural herbal infusions are attractive to common house insects. To protect the contents for your enjoyment, please transfer into an airtight container once opened and store away from the moisture, humidity, heat, direct sunlight, strong odours and avoid prolonged exposure to air.

Preparation Instructions: Place 1 teabag per serving into the cup or teapot.Pour boiling water out into the cup or pot, 220ml per cup.Wait for 3-5 minutes (depending on desired strength) then stir and remove the teabag.
