Preheat oven 180°C/160°C fan forced.
Grease an 18 x 28cm slice pan.
Line base and sides with baking paper.

Combine flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl, add butter, mix well.
Press mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool.

Combine extra butter, condensed milk and syrup in a medium saucepan.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Pour over base.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool.

Combine PLAISTOWE and oil, stir until smooth, pour evenly over slice.
