Each 15ml contains:
Ferrous gluconate (Iron) 15mg
Thiamine as hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 800μg
Riboflavin as sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 1mg
Nicotinaminde (Vitamin B3) 1.5mg
Pryidoxine as hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.2μg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 82mg

Contains a fruit juice blend of: cherry, beetroot, apple; herbal extracts from: rose hip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail; fructose, guar gum, carob gum, pectin, natural flavours, purified water.
Does not contain artificial colors or sweeteners, gluten, lactose, alcohol or added preservatives.

Dose & Administration

Adults and children over 12 years of age: one sachet per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Shake sachet before use.
For optimal absorption, we recommend taking Iron VITAL F+ separate from mealtimes.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Vitamin and/or mineral supplements such as liquid iron may help when dietary vitamin/mineral/nutrient intake is inadequate.
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
