Soothes Ear Nose & Throat
Eyebright may assist watery catarrh, hay fever, chronic sneezing, inflamed nasal mucosa, tonsils and sore throat.
Reputed to strengthen memory and improve brain circulation.
May assist with infectious or allergic conditions affecting the middle Ear or sinuses.
All respiratory tract catarrhal conditions may respond to Eyebright.
May assist poor visual acuity due to eye conditions including eyestrain, itching and stinging.

Direction for Use

1 teaspoon makes 1 cup of tea with boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes and strain. 3 cups per adult daily. Half dose for children under 12.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
