Digestive Stimulant
Fenugreek may stimulate the appetite and relieve dyspepsia or gastritis.
May display mild laxative properties.
May relieve excess mucus of upper respiratory passages.
May assist with reduction of high cholesterol.

Direction for Use

Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Steep in almost boiling water for up to 3 hours. Strain and drink. Add more water to pot, do not Add more seed, reheat for another cup or two. 2 or 3 cups maximum daily.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Not recommended for children under 14.
