Direction for Use

For diuretic properties, drink tea cold. To combat allergic conditions or promote digestion, drink warm. Begin using this herb at low daily intake. Always increase fluids during use. Start with ½ To 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 8-10 minutes then strain. Up To 3 cups daily. Use with caution in children under 12, no more than adult dose.
