Mistletoe may assist in treating hypertension and arthritis.
May assist with easing headache.

Direction for Use

Steep 1 teaspoon (5g) in 1 cup hot water for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten with honey or stevia as desired. Drink first thing in morning (and before bed). Up to 2 cups of hot tea maximum daily.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
