Nettle is rich in vitamins A, B complex and C plus minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron.
May assist symptoms of anaemia and cleansing of the system.
May be useful in treating hives and to help control itching and sneezing associated with hay fever.
Natural diuretic. May aid Urinary problems and assist symptoms of enlarged prostate gland (but not reduce actual swelling of gland).

Direction for Use

Use 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup of boiled water up to 3 times daily. Steep for 5-8 minutes and strain. Half adult dose for children.
