Pain Relief & Premenstrual Support
Shepherd’s Purse has traditionally been used as a natural analgesic, anti-inflammatory and blood cleanser.
May ease diarrhoea, control bleeding, help regulate blood pressure and relieve headaches.
May support kidney and liver function and act as a urinary antiseptic.

Direction for Use

Use 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of boiled water, 3 times daily. Steep for 10 minutes. for menstrual problems take just before beginning of cycle, 1 cup every 2-3 hours can be used. Half dose for teenagers.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Not suitable for children under 12.
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
