Each capsule contains:
Microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp) 801mg
providing DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 250mg
providing EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 125mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 2.5mcg (100IU)

Also contains: Sunflower oil, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherols in a vegetarian and non-GMO capsule. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat. This product is vegan.

Dose & Administration

Adults:
1-2 capsules daily
Children 6 - 12 years: 1 capsule daily
