A herbal infusion made from the whole flowers of the plant, chamomile has traditionally been used for a range of therapeutic benefits, including the ability to aid digestive function, support the nervous system and help alleviate anxiety. It offers anti-inflammatory properties and supports healthy sleep cycles. Delicate, calming and caffeine free, chamomile offers a subtly sweet and floral flavour.

Dose & Administration

Brewing:
Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75°C-85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
