Love Tea organic Golden Spice is a powdered golden blend of revitalising aryvedic spices. Based on fairly traded turmeric, pepper and cinnamon, these invigorating spices are rich in antioxidants and offer an extensive range of health benefits. Dose & Administration

Brewing:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Golden Spice tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1-3 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Sweeten to taste.
