Dose & Administration

Suggested Usage: one serve = 6 capsules

Adults: 1 serve daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: 1/2-1 serve daily
Children: DO NOT GIVE CAPSULES TO CHILDREN - use powder only: 1/3 level teaspoon daily mixed in water, juice or added to food.
