Helps support healthy hair and nails and helps strengthen brittle nails and reduce nail splitting.
Biotin is required for cell growth and replication, so it is beneficial during pregnancy, as biotin requirements are increased during pregnancy.
Assists in the maintenance of general wellbeing.

Ingredients & Excipients

Each tablet contains:
Biotin (vitamin B7) 3mg
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings or flavourings.Vegan friendly.

Dose & Administration

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
