Indications:
Contains iron as Ferrochel® (ferrous bisglycinate), an organic form of iron that is highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system.
Contains iron, folic acid and vitamins B2 and B12 to maintain haemoglobin formation and assist healthy red blood cell production production to support blood health. Iron and vitamin B12 support the transport of oxygen in the body and help oxygen transport to body tissues.
Supports energy production and nervous system health and aids the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Formulated with vitamin C, to support the absorption of dietary iron, and Spirulina, a blue-green algae rich in iron.
Suitable for vegans.

Each tablet contains:
Iron (as amino acid chelate) (Ferrochel®) 24mg
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 10mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.2mg
equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 10mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 250mcg
Folic acid 250mcg
Ascorbic acid (as Calcium ascorbate dihydrate)(vitamin C) 250mg
Arthrospira maxima (Spirulina) powder 100mg
Spinacia oleracea (Spinach) whole plant powder 25mg
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Vegan friendly.

Dose & Administration

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
