Flaxseed oil contains omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids and is a rich source of alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA).
Ultra Omega 3-6-9 supports general health and wellbeing.

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, tree nuts, gluten, lactose or artificial colours or flavours.

Dose & Administration

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1-2 capsules three times a day with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
