It can be diluted by up to 16 times.
The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms and kelp.
Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular Soy Sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients.
Ideal for soups, stews, dressings, dipping Sauce for tempura/noodles.
