equiv. Calcium300mg
Also contains: organic cornstarch and non-organic vegetarian magnesium stearate, silica and capsule shell (hypromellose).This product is vegan. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat.

Dose & Administration

Adults:1-2 capsules (900mg-1.8g) daily
Children 6-12 years:1 capsule (900mg) daily

Best taken after food.
