Direction for Use

During first four weeks, massage into the affected skin areas twice a day. For a lasting effect, continue to use once a day. Apply in a circular massage action over thighs, hips and bottom. Enhance circulation with a brush massage or a hot/cold change shower using Birch Pearl Body Scrub.
