Common Uses

Ingredients Fermented wholefood powder blend (2g per 4g scoop): Wheat, Oats, Barley, Rye, Rice, Linseed, Maize, Mung beans, Oat groats, Soybean, Millet, Alfalfa seed, Buckwheat, Spirulina, Sweet potato, Barley grass, Wheat grass, Alfalfa grass, Adzuki beans, Quinoa, Calcium, Kelp, Omnimin ( Vitamins and minerals), Molasses.

Probiotic blend (2g per 4g scoop): Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgarius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhammosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Enterococcus faecium, Streptococcus salivarius subspecies thermphilus

Directions Sprinkle or mix recommended dosage in with meals. A level scoop holds around 4g.
