Preparation Instructions: Crumbing InstructionsStep 1 - For a light crispy coating press Kook A Krumb directly onto flesh or for no mess and Kook A Krumb to a plastic bag and shake flesh through. For a thick traditional coating; dust flesh in plain flour, dip in beaten egg and press on Kook A Krumb.Step 2 - Heat sufficient cooking oil to cover the frypan base at medium heat for 3 minutes or until crumbs sizzleStep 3 - Cook veal and fish until crumbs just turn golden ie. no longer than 2 minutes each side, cook chicken at low heat for 10 minutes each side.
