Preparation Instructions: Step Dust flesh in plain flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with Kookakrumb Panko. StepHeat sufficient oil to cover the frypan base at medium heat for 3 minutes and or until crumbs sizzle. StepDust veal and fish until crumbs turn golden, or no longer than 2 minutes each side, cook chicken at low heat for 8 minutes each side.
