Instant Batter Mix 150g
The batter is easy to use.
Simply add water for a perfect batter every time.
The desired consistency can be changed by varying the amount of water.

Preparation Instructions: To prepare batter, empty contents of packet into a bowl just adding water whilst whisking with a fork for approx one minute. Small lumps may still remain in the batter, but these will disappear when mixture is cooked. The amount of water added will determine the thickness of the batter and soda water or beer can be used as an alternative if desired. Always flour your food before immersing it into the batter mix. Battered food can then be put into hot oil (approx 180°C) using either a deep fryer or electric frypan, and fried until coating is crisp. Remove and put on absorbent paper. When using deep fryers it is recommended that the basket be removed.
