Usage Instructions: Safcol Smoked Oysters are perfect to serve as an appetiser Devilled Eggs with Smoked Oysters - serves 10 Ingredients: 10 hard boiled eggs 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sweet pickle juice 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared mustard 85g Safcol smoked oysters, drained Method: 1. Slice hard boiled eggs in half length-wise and carefully remove the yolks. 2. Mash the yolks and add the mayo, mustard, salt, sweet pickle juice and pepper and then stir well. 3. Place a smoked oyster in each egg white. Use a piping bag to pipe the yolk mixture around the oyster.
