Usage Instructions: Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer to around 190 degreeC. Prawn crackers burn easily, keep heat constant throughout. 2. Add prawn crackers 3-5 at a time. Deep fry for 10 seconds or until the cracker expands. 3. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
