Ottogi Kalbi Sauce has a stronger flavour due to different combiniaton of herbs and spices to enhance the flavour and it also containes 7 fruits' juices and puree to act as a natural tenderiser and give the natural sweetness to the dish.

Suggested Kalbi Recipe (serves 4):
Marinate 500g beef or pork short ribs or T-bone steak with 100g Ottogi Kalbi Sauce and 1 tbsp oil for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Grill or BBQ on high heat until cooked. Serve with salad or rice.
