How to prepare chicken korma kebabsCooking/Serving InstructionsWhisk together the Sharwood's Korma Paste, and oil.Coat the chicken and diced peppers evenly with the mixture, the build kebabs by adding them to wooden skewers.Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight.Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through.Mix together the yoghurt and mint sauce.Serve with rice, tomato and onion and mint yoghurt.
