Preparation Instructions:

Fry 440g of MTR Vermicelli in 2 tbsp cooking oil until it turns golden brown. Keep aside. Saute 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste in 3-4 tbsp cooking oil for 2-3 minutes. Add 250g chopped onions and 500g cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, etc.) Saute for 5-6 minutes. Add 4 tsp MTR Pulao masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Add 1.8 litre of water and heat to boil. Add fried vermicelli, add a few fried cashew nuts and cook for 10 minutes. Mix well and serve hot.
