Cooking Instructions: Prep: 5 mins, Cook: 20 mins/ Serves: 4Make sure your oven is hot by pre-heating to 180C (fan-forced oven). In a bowl, cover the chicken thigh pieces and the red onion with the contents of the sachet and mix well. For extra seasoning, add salt to your liking. Place onto a large foil-lined baking tray or oven dish, Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.Delicious served with rice, in a naan wrap, or alongside a fresh salad. For an even deeper flavour, marinade in the fridge for up to 2 hours before cooking.
