Usage Instructions: COOKING METHODS: GENTLE BOIL: 1. Bring 6-8 cups of water and 1 cup of rice to the boil stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 12 to 14 minutes. 3. Drain and serve. ABSORPTION METHOD: 1. Bring 1 1/2 cups (375mL) water and 1 cup of rice to the boil stirring occasionally. 2. Lower heat. Cover and simmer for 12 - 14 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes and serve. Microwave: 1.Place 1 cup of rice in a microwave bowl. 2. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. 3.
