Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight, ideally in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Usage Instructions: ABSORPTION: 1. Place 1 cup (200g) of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 1 1/2 cups (375ml) of cold water. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 12-14 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5-10 minutes and serve. GENTLE BOIL: 1. Place 1 cup (200g) of rice into a saucepan. 2. Add 6-8 cups of cold water. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 12-14 minutes. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well and serve. Microwave: Use the same water to rice ratio as the absorption method.
