INGREDIENTS: Durum Wheat Semolina.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Preparation Instructions: - Place 1/2 cup (125ml) water in a saucepan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste (optional) and bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
- Add 1/2cup (100g) of Coles Cous Cous stirring continuously. Cover and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Using a fork, gently separate the grains.
