Ingredients Water (Aqua), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Glycol Stearate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide MEA, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Acrylates Crosspolymer-4, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Tetrasodium EDTA, PEG-150 Distearate, Sorbic Acid, Benzoic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Orange 4 (CI 15510).

Directions For best results, apply a small amount onto a cleansing pouf or washcloth, gently massage onto the body in the shower, and then rinse. To help keep skin moisturised throughout the day, follow with your favourite Palmer's body lotion.
