Common Uses Take Amino Betadex during workouts to improve performance, delay fatigue & stimulate muscle growth

Ingredients Citric acid, Anti-caking agent (551), Flavour, Colour (110), Sucralose (995). Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients. Allergen advice: Processed on equipment that also processes milk, egg and soy. May contain traces of gluten, dairy and other animal by-products.

Directions Mix 5g (approx. 1/2 scoop) into 250-300ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. Best consumed during your workout. *Serving size may be increased for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.
