SUSTAGEN Sport is a high protein specially formulated nutrition supplement. Designed to fuel your body before exercise or to assist with recovery after training sessions, plus it provides key electrolytes sodium and potassium to help with rehydration.

SUSTAGEN Sport is low in fat# and designed to meet both the nutrition and hydration demands of exercise. Simply mix with water for:
- 15g of protein to help support lean muscle mass and aid tissue repair.
- 17 key vitamins and minerals: including 50%* RDI† of iron to help support energy production and help reduce fatigue.
- Electrolytes (such as sodium and potassium) to help support rehydration after exercise.
- Carbohydrates, a key energy source during exercise and assists recovery.
- Low GI# for sustained energy.

SUSTAGEN Sport comes in two great flavours:
-Chocolate flavour
-Vanilla flavour

Common Uses

Ingredients Non Fat Milk Solids (70%), Sugar, Maltodextrin (Corn), Flavour, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Minerals (Calcium Phosphate, Ferrous Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, Potassium Iodide), Vitamins (Sodium Ascorbate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Niacinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Pyridoxine Hyrdrochloride, Retinyl Acetate, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid, Cholecalciferol).

Directions To open, remove cap and foil seal.
Mix 3 level scoops* with 200ml water or reduced fat/skim milk (depending on taste).
Stir before serving.Great chilled or served warm.
Can be taken before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercise.
Use enclosed scoop.* 1 x scoop of SUSTAGEN = 20g.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Store in a cool dry place and use within 4 weeks after opening.
To open, remove lid and foil seal.
All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
Powder may settle during transportation.
