Pea protein isolate, brown rice protein, natural flavours, vegetable gum (415), digestive enzyme (bromelain), sweetener (steviol glycosides), l-arginine, l-glutamine, beta alanine, glycine

Directions Empty entire sachet (40g) into 200mL of cold water in a shaker. Shake well until dissolved. Keep in a cool dry place.
