The Optislim® LCD Life weight loss program uses
delicious formulated meal replacements in
conjunction with a low calorie/kilojoule diet.

Each day you replace 2 meals with products from
the Optislim® LCD Life range and have a third meal
and snacks.

Unlike many other similar programs on the market,
meals and snacks are made of every day regular
foods, including carbohydrate foods like pasta,
rice, cereal and bread.

Each product from the Optislim® LCD Life range
contains the adequate protein, vitamins and
minerals that are essential for your healthy
weight loss.

A minimum of 2 litres of water should be consumed
each day. 1 -3 doses of the fully dissolvable and
tasteless Optislim® Total Fibre Supplement (not
included) is recommended each day to maintain a
healthy digestive system.
