Directions Pour contents of the sachet into a mug. Add approximately 50ml of warm water and mix to form a thin paste then add 150ml of hot water and stir until dissolved. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim Life soup can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Life range.
