Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste berry) extract
Equiv. to dry fruit - 1g (1,000mg)

Directions Adults, Take 1 capsule once daily, in the morning, with meals, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. Take for a minimum of 3 months.
