Warnings
WARNING: The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Contains Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period of time. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn or broken. CONTAINS NO: Wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy products, egg, artificial flavours or preservatives.

Stop Taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6)”

Common Uses
Ultimate Zinc Sustain contains a high strength 35 mg of elemental zinc, in an easy to take one capsule daily dose. Zinc maintains healthy immune system function, maintains skin health and supports healthy reproductive hormones in males. Supplementing with Ultimate Zinc Sustain will maintain zinc levels in the body. Directions
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: WARNING: If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Adults: Take 1 hard capsule with water, once daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
