Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate (96.6%), extra amino acids (Glutamine and Taurine), natural vanilla flavour, stevia and chromium.
Contains lactose.

Gluten free, yeast free, no added sugar. Free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.From grass-fed NZ cows.

Dose & Administration

Adults:
Mix 1-2 metric tablespoons (10g to 20g) in 250mL of water, unsweetened milk or milk substitute.

Children 5-12 years:
Mix 1/2 metric tablespoon (5g) into 125mL of any unsweetened milk or plain acidophilus yoghurt.

Take 2 or 3 times a day with meals, between meals, and/or before bedtime.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Cautions and Contraindications:
Exercise caution in those who are lactose intolerant.

Contains small amounts of milk protein (casein), therefore unsuitable for those with severe dairy allergies.
